Terms of Service

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thewebbrew.com (the "Site") and any web development, design, SEO, or mobile app services provided by TheWebBrew ("we," "us," "our"), a Dubai-based web development agency. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or quote agreed with the client before work begins. These Terms apply generally to all engagements in addition to, not in place of, that signed proposal.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are billed on a fixed-price basis with a deposit due before work begins and the balance due on delivery or per agreed milestones. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work or support.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project (e.g. custom code, design files). TheWebBrew retains the right to use non-confidential elements of completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Third-party assets, licensed software, stock imagery, fonts, and open-source libraries remain subject to their own licence terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and assets needed to complete a project, and for ensuring they have the rights to any material they supply to us for use in their project.

6. Warranty & Support

Support periods included with each plan are described on our Pricing page. Outside of the included support period, ongoing maintenance is available via a separate retainer agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, TheWebBrew's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
